Don’t know what to say about this. Is he putting a target on his head or a landing space for a small helicopter. Not sure. Is this some more blood propaganda? He really looks like a supervillain now. Maybe he could be a villain in the next Batman movie. Maybe he’s getting paid to advertise from Heineken.
