Diplo: “I Don’t Like The Record I Did For Beyonce!”
The man behind Beyonce’s “Run The World (Girls)” may lose a client in the superstar pop singer once she hears his comments about her song. Producer Diplo has remained fairly quiet about his feelings about Beyonce and her song “Run The World (Girls).” Diplo has finally come out and commented on the track saying he wasn’t excited about the record.
Diplo told Okay Player:
Sometimes I make records I don’t even like. I’m working on some pop artists, like I’m not even that excited about the Beyoncé record. I didn’t have full control of those records, but this is stuff that helps me parlay into different things.
I’m on a path that I want to take advantage of, so I can also go this direction if I want to, but I can’t control what the audience wants to hear.
What do you think of what Diplo said about Beyonce and her record?
