Only Chris Brown can get away with rocking blue hair! The “Sweet Love” singer debuted his new tresses last night, on Instagram, but quickly deleted it in normal “tweet and delete” fashion. Brown has gone from black to blonde and from there to the new vibrant hue.
Brown recently pulled out of the 2012 VMAs, saying “He will not be at VMAs in any capacity.”
