No matter how ratchet and ridiculous some black folks can be, there is still a code of conduct most adhere to. When in a group setting and one person throws the code of conduct handbook out the window, the other people there will regulate the situation. The way in which the infraction is regulated is dependent upon how big the actual infraction is. For instance, if you’re at dinner and someone begins to talk with their mouth full of food, someone will kindly tell you that’s not a good thing to do at the table.
