Eazy-E’s Mansion Foreclosed Upon Because Wife Defaulted On Mortgage Payments
Pour out a little something for Eazy-E‘s Calabasas, California mansion. It was foreclosed upon earlier in the year because Eazy’s widow defaulted on payments back in 2011. The property was just auctioned off to the tune of $2.2 million.
The mansion nicknamed “Eazy’s Playhouse” was the most famous party spot in the early 90s for Eazy and crew. Eazy-E’s former home boasted an open door policy where countless women bustled through the door for a good time. Eazy-E’s entourage used the home to play out wild sexual escapades.

When the NWA member died of AIDS in 1995, he pass the responsibilities of the home to his wife Tomica Wright. Eazy’s widow kept up with the payments on the property until she began to fall behind in the latter part of 2011. At the beginning of 2012, Tomica Wright owed creditors $168, 278.78. Since being foreclosed upon, Eazy’s former residence was auctioned off in May for $2.2 million.
