Salaam Remi Named Executive Vice President Of A&R At Sony Music
Popular producer Salaam Remi is going to be getting his executive 9 to 5 on. The superproducer was just named the Executive Vice President of A&R at Sony Music.
According to reports, Remi’s position will allow him to run the A&R departments across all of Sony Music’s properties which include RCA Records, Epic Records, and Columbia Records.

Salaam Remi has had a long illustrious career producing for many major pop and hip-hop artists. He put in work with Amy Winehouse on both of her albums Frank and Back to Black. Remi also is behind the beat for Miguel‘s debut breakthrough single “All I want Is You.” Judging from his production credits, the artists who will work with Remi will get nothing but great albums from here on out.
