Big Boi & Kelly Rowland Are Separate But Equal In New Video
Rapper Big Boi is known for having fun in his music and videos. For the first single off his second album, Big Boi recruited Kelly Rowland to join in the fun.
Rowland joins Big Boi for the “Mama Told Me” visual. The Syndrome-directed video featured wild and psychedelic backdrops while the two just have a good time dancing. Despite the video being fun, Big Boi and Kelly Rowland never appear in a scene together. However, Kelly only had great things to say about the video. She recently said, “I’m so excited to be working with Big on this project. The whole idea behind ‘Mama Told Me’—the song, the feeling of it, the vibe, and now the video complementing the song just takes it to another level.”
