Frank Ocean’s Cousin Takes Chris Brown To Court After January Brawl

Another crisis for Chris Brown…

Nearly 8 months after the brawl that broke out between Chris Brown and Frank Ocean, there still seems to be some tension lingering in the Los Angeles air. Sha’Keir Duarte, Frank Ocean’s cousin, is now suing Chris Brown for cheering his bodyguard on while ’pulverizing’ him.

Duarte claims that he got the worst of the brawl and was left permanently disabled after the attack. Hood, Chris Brown’s bodyguard, allegedly punched and kicked Duarte repeatedly while Chris Brown cheered on from the sidelines saying “Get that n***a!” and “You just got your ass beat and it’s all on camera.”

Duarte is now suing for unspecified damages.
