Actor Jason Weaver Slams “Coon Celebrations” Of Lil Boosie’s Release From Jail
According to News One, actor Jason Weaver slammed social media’s celebration of rapper Lil Boosie finally being freed from prison earlier this week.
Weaver feels that the black community heaps more praise on black men “coming home” from prison than they do for black men getting their college degree or graduating from high school. He further spoke on the lack of attention for the black men who manage to stay out of trouble period versus their locked up counterparts.
Says Weaver,
OK and there you have it…so does he have a point? Discuss!
