Coming into the 2014 NBA Draft, three NBA prospects dominate the top slots. With the Cleveland Cav’s having the first pick in tonight’s draft, there have been speculation that former Duke forward Jabari Parker tanked his workout because he didn’t want to play for Cleveland.

Other rumors circulating believe that Cav’s owner Dan Gilbert has no interest in Parker and would like to select Kansas forward Andrew Wiggins. But the Cav’s front office thinks Parker is a safer bet.
