Things really do appear to be going from bad to worse for Cash Money Records boss Bryan “Birdman” Williams. While his on-going financial and personal relationship with Lil Wayne continues to dwindle, various artists including Bow Wow and DJ Khaled have recently left the iconic label.
At present though, Birdman appears to have some more monetary woes. TMZ reports that the music mogul was hit with two federal tax liens—the first one in December 2014 and the other in February of this year—for refusing to pay a total of $1,942,400.58 in back taxes to the government.
The gossip site reports that Birdman has since paid off all of his outstanding taxes, after authorities threatened to seize his assets and property had he decided not to pay up.
Now that another financial mishap is in the rear-view, will Birdman and Lil Wayne finally settle their differences?
