The Game’s Fistfight Might Cost Him $12 Million Bucks

The Game posted $50,000 bail on June 9 and was released about an hour after he turned himself into law enforcement for assaulting a police officer at a basketball game in March. Warning: if the number of zeroes in his bail money gives you anxiety, you may want to stop reading now. The rapper’s now being sued for… over $12 million.

Off-duty cop Onyebuchi Awaji, the man at the receiving end of the punch, filed a lawsuit in April insisting that Game pay for the physical pain he’s suffered, the emotional trauma, current and future medical expenses, and punitive damages. He’s saying Game owes him $10 million for the punitive damages alone.

This is proving to be the most expensive punch in the history of the world.

Awaji says Game has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
