How Much Is Bow Wow Worth?

Not all celebrities are rich! Bow Wow is worth only $10,000 according to child support documents released last fall. In court, he revealed he earns just $4,000 from his label, Cash Money Records and at the time, had a mere $1,500 in his checking account! Bow Wow is broke by celebrity standards.

But his net worth is rebounding, as Bow Wow signed on to a six-month, $200,000 contract to be a host on BET’s “106 & Park.”

Bow Wow started off his career as a rapper and actor at the age of 13. Then known as Lil’ Bow Wow, he released “Beware of the Dog” in 2000 and “Doggy Bag” a year later.

From there, he embarked on an acting career, appearing in “Like Mike,” “Johnson Family Vacation,” “Roll Bounce,” and “The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.”

In 2009, Bow Wow signed on with Cash Money Records, but his first album on the label, “Underrated,” experienced delays. He has released a few singles and music videos, which have topped the countdown on “106 & Park.”

Bow Wow is broke for now, but with an anticipated upcoming album and new “106 & Park” gig, his fortunes are rising.
