Florida Man Reveals Murder Plans When He Accidentally Butt-Dials 911
If You’re Planning A Murder, Try Not To Butt-Dial 911
Talk about bad luck (and karma). This Florida man was arrested and charged with first-degree murder from May 5 after he accidentally butt-dialed 911 revealing his murder plans.
Scott Simon, 24, got into an argument with the victim, Nicholas Walker, at a Waffle House (cause of argument is unknown). In the accidental 911 phone call, Simon is telling someone how he planned on following Walker so that he could kill him, according to CBS Miami.
Back on May 5, Walker’s car was found crashed into a guard rail on I-95, but after looking into the car, they found that he was dead from gunshot wounds.
The call was, of course, recorded, and it led the police to Scott. They are still searching for two other suspects.
