Killa Cam is one of the more outspoken individuals in hip-hop. Whenever you put a camera and microphone in front of the Harlem representative, you’re almost guaranteed gold!
Thanks to Rap Genius and MTV, we’re treated to the Diplomat‘s very first interview with MTV News. Fresh off the release of his debut album ‘Confessions of Fire‘, a more humbled version of Killa Cam detailed how he got signed, his relationship with Ma$e, and a whole lot more!
The former basketball player also mentioned how he was nice enough to go to the NBA, had he not gotten hurt or into a bit of trouble. He also mentioned how much belief The Notorious B.I.G. had in his ability to rap, which he apparently passed on to his Mom. Cam claimed it took her about a week to get her verse down pat, which she later refuted via twitter.
Hilariously awesome news!
