His bus was pulled over when state troopers saw the bus didn’t have the proper stickers, according to KSDK. A trooper checked the bus once he smelled weed. In addition to the marijuana, the troopers also found “five colored crystal-type rocks that tested positive for methamphetamine” and “several handguns, including a gold-plated 50-caliber Desert Eagle pistol, a 45-caliber Tarus pistol and a 500 magnum Smith and Wesson.”
Nelly, real name Cornell Haynes, found on the bus along with five other people, and was charged with “felony possession of drugs, simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia” and is currently out on bond.
