A$AP Rocky dropped by Hot 97 today to discuss his new album, and of course that line about Rita Ora came up. During his conversation with Ebro in the Morning, the discussion covered what he had said on “Better Things.” He said the lyric was pretty old and it was just about what had happened in the past. He admitted to feeling bad about its popularity, but maintains that Ora has a “big mouth.”
Rocky mainly stopped by the station to discuss his new album, A.L.L.A., and everything surrounding the sophomore release. He said artist Joe Fox had a big impact on the album, and they ended up collaborating after meeting each other in London. Rocky also weighed in on his supposed lack of a New York sound, saying there has not really been one since 50 Cent was on top. The interview ended with him paying tribute to A$AP Yams and Chinx.
The album dropped yesterday after being leaked ahead of the June 2nd release date.
