Bobby Brown's Lawyer Accuses Nick Gordon For Bobbi Kristina's Death

The death of Bobbi Kristina still tears at our heart strings, and we are continuing to keep her family and loved ones in our prayers.

Despite the tragedy, there is still a lot of legal matters being handled surrounding her death, as Nick Gordon is currently facing a wrongful death lawsuit from her estate.

Today, Bobby Brown‘s lawyer, Christopher Brown, has released a statement to Us Weekly on behalf of him, where Bobbi Kristina’s father accuses Gordon of causing her death.

The statement read:

“In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon.”

“The Motion was frivolous and instead of having it heard by the Court, he has chosen to withdraw the Motion, ending that matter so that he could avoid having to give his deposition.”

His lawyer continued:

“Gordon filed a lawsuit to remove Bobby Brown as Bobbi Kristina’s guardian, only to withdraw that lawsuit… once he was served with a deposition notice.” Christopher Brown said Gordon had the opportunity to swear “under oath what he believed happened to Bobbi Kristina, but he chose to go in another direction.” Bobby Brown added, “I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil lawsuit and hopefully the criminal action very soon.”
