Watch: De La Soul Feat. Estelle & Pete Rock – “Memory Of … (US)”

After releasing the now-Grammy-nominated and the Anonymous Nobody… in September, De La Soul has tapped Estelle and Pete Rock for their latest music video for “Memory of… (US).”

The video stars Estelle and features an introduction by Pete Rock himself.

“My name is Pete Rock, and welcome to Nobody Theater,” he tells the audience. “We’re introducing a new series called ‘Memory Of… (US)’ based on the hit song by De La Soul. It’s a story of a bride-to-be, played by Estelle, who has a moment of reflection just prior to delivering her vows. It’s the story that blurs the line between memory and reality, regret and redemption, plug one and plug two.”

De La previously performed the single on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to promote their album’s release.
