103 Years ago today Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity was founded on the campus of Cornell University in Ithaca, NY becoming the first intercollegiate Fraternity for African-Americans. While most members of Alpha have made names for themselves in politics (David Dinkins), business(John H. Johnson) and higher education (Charles H. Wesley), a substantial number of Alpha men have made a mark in various areas of entertainment. Below is a partial listing of some that you may know, but didn’t know where members of Alpha Phi Alpha.
