It hasn’t even been a year since hip-hop lost one of its most innovative talents, DJ Grand Master Roc Raida, but it’s never too soon to pay homage. In this interview with producers Sean C and LV remember the turntable champion and founding member of the DJ collective, The X-ecutioners.
While most people know Sean C for his production for P.Diddy, Jay-Z, Ghostface and many others, most forget that he was an original member of The X-Men before becoming an A&R at Loud Records. Here he shares how he met Roc Raida as a teen, the evolution of their friendship and being at his side during his final hours after a martial arts accident.
