Erykah Badu Pays $500 Fine For “Window Seat” Video Shoot
Erykah Badu paid a $500 fine to the city of Dallas for her nude stroll through the city’s Dealey Park in March as featured in her controversial video for “Window Seat.”
Badu was charged with disorderly conduct and after paying the fine was given six months of probation.
In the video for “Turn Me Away (Get Munny), Erykah addresses the controversy through a dramatic sequence involving her being picked up from jail wearing a prison issued gown by Rick Ross.
