Willie D Indicted; Could Face 20 Years!
Geto Boys member William “Willie D” Dennis has been indicted on several counts of wire fraud from an iPhone scam.
According to MyFox News, the rapper was indicted by a grand jury on 15 counts of wire fraud. An overseas purchaser filed a complaint with authorities, which initiated the case.
As previously reported, wire fraud carries a maximum punishment of up to 20 years in prison, as well as a $250,000 fine.
Willie D is currently out on bail after being taken in by authorities last month. The rapper was arrested at Bush Intercontinental Airport following a trip from overseas.
